Treatment for chronically poor sub Sahara African villagers, who are to poor to afford transportation to go the urban centers, much less a Doctor's consultation fees or the medicine prescribed for their treatment. Diseases such as Resistant Malaria, Typhoid, Marasmus, Kwashiorkor(severe Mal nutrition), Urinary Tract Infections,Diabetes, Hypertension and many forms of STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases), diseases which are treatable yet devastating if not treated promptly.
Getting my tires changed, they fell victim to the muddy sand.

The kids running to celebrate our triumph over the evil mud that got our tires stuck and almost cancelled the whole trip.

I couldn't be happier after what was a difficult start to a promisingly routine journey.

Some Pasturist nomads passing through the communities i visited would also drop in. The villagers were very kind and hospitable folks, despite their dire situation of abject poverty, they shared what they had in a show of appreciation, in most cases with immense difficulty i turned down a lot of their gifts.

Children being diagnosed and the most common cases were Malaria, kwashiokor, Typhoid and extreme cases, i had to refer them to the hospitals were i worked, this did not go down to well with my employers at the time. Because despite the fact that most were poor and could barely afford the hospital bills, plus they were exempted from paying the Dr's consultation fees and other such actions which were deemed unprofitable.

Some of the local nomad Pasturists even volunteered to use their cows to pull my stuck car out, such noble actions  were catalysts fueling my conviction to help these impoverished communities.

In some villages, i was given a typical African hut, were i would spread my mat and consult from there, with the limited resources i had, i had no other choice but to improvise.
A village where the majority of children were mal nutrition was causing havoc on an already impoverished community.
My vehicle getting stuck, some of the villages did not have accessible roads, it was difficult to reach but not impossible with a little help from the locals.
